Life Development Corporation provides services that enrich the lives of those in Oakland and the Greater Bay Area. These services include economic and housing development, education, health, and outreach. These services are designed to empower homeless, unemployed, economically disadvantaged, and challenged individuals and families to become self-sufficient. LDC is a member of the Oakland African-American Chamber of Commerce.
